We own 52 shopping centers and are constantly looking to add to our portfolio. We buy well located, value add shopping centers; grocery anchored, unanchored, and mixed use.
Shopping centers with financial problems, physical problems, or both. Fee simple, REO, and/or we will participate in auctions that end with clean title (foreclosure or other).
We will only buy a note if the borrower is cooperative and will pre-arrange to sign over the deed without a fight. We have to have a clear path to clean title.
Do not send broker listed deals unless you are the listing agent.
We prefer off market deals and most of the shopping centers we buy/own have had some sort of ‘hair’ for one reason or another.
We are not placing money, we are looking to invest and make money on our deals.
