my question is, what are you sending the owner in your emails. Are you telling them to consider you once they make the note?

Hm, maybe I wasn’t clear in the video. This is a way to automatically scrape craigslist for seller financed note leads and have emails with those listings sent to your inbox. Hope that makes sense.

No you were clear. I guess I wasnt. I am asking once you get the leads in your inbox. What do you send to the owner of the note. Because usually these leads are for owners who are selling a property owner financed. So the note has yet to be created. Do you then tell them once they create the note you will purchase it from them?

Denny, I’m not sure what you mean by serious or “receiving”. What you get at distressedpro.com and with the academy are the training and the tools, technology and data to assist you greatly in expediting and simplifying the process of sourcing bank direct notes and REO. We’re quite serious about that and if that’s qualifies as receiving then the answer is yes.
