We’re rolling out an updated BankProsector in bits and pieces as a result of our setback last week.
Moving to the new system now means that we can focus on rolling out the features and data that you need for your business instead of cleaning up and supporting a codebase that we’re sunsetting anyhow.
The new version of BankProspector is WAY faster than the old one. In addition to moving to better faster servers the new BankProspector was written with performance in mind. Over the next few weeks we’re going to be rolling out more features and data and I’ll update you here as we go.
Better Bank Contact Search
We’ve improved the search functionality for the bank contacts from Jigsaw. Now you can search by first or last name, metro area, zip code, or title.
We’ve also added a reporting feature for both email and phone number reporting. If you find that a phone number or email address for one of your bank contacts is incorrect simply flag it with the appropriate error to receive credit for the contact.
There is a lot of data and training on this site. With our new on-boarding checklist system our aim is to guide you through exactly what you should do next and to make sure that you’re aware of new features or information.
Loan Servicing Companies, REO Management Companies and More
There are a lot players in the distressed assets market and each has its own role or place. My aim for distressedpro.com is to bring you all of what you need in one place. This week we opened the servicers module. There’s no ground-breaking technology here but our aim with it is to continually add and update the listings so that you can find the players in the industry that you need to connect with.
Credit Union REO and Non-Performing Loans Database
We’ve suffered a few setbacks on this module ostly because we keep getting pulled off it to fix other items. The move, now, to our new platform is going to enable us to go full speed ahead and we expect to release the credit union module very, very soon.
