A ton of great info. Thanks!
Riveting. Lot of useful info. I will have to go back to some important sessions to master the process.
Thanks
Great tutorial of how to avoid using the FDIC site & use Bank Prospector! What are Recoveries, are they loans that started to repay?
What are the Recoveries?
Same question
Recoveries are the difference between what the asset was written down to and what was actually recovered. This is covered in the first of the 6 courses in the Bank Direct Mastery Academy
Strange I didnt see it in any of my notes. I’ll have to watch them again. So if an asset is written down to $1M, but sold for $900k, then the recovery is $100k?
That’s right
Very intuitive, much mahaloz my man.
Thanks!

Lot of good information. I am working the software to get familiar with it. But I would not call this module “Mastering the BankProspector 2.0”, but “An Introduction to BP 2.0”, as you mention repeatedly that there are more information about topics that you will not cover in these videos.
* I know the more I use it the better it becomes but How does one really master your system quick?
Great information, Brecht! Thanks for making this process a lot less time consuming.
Ton of great information Thank you,
Thanks Peter!
Is there a video training for the “Power Search”?
Coming soon! I’ve been dragging my feet because we have an updated interface we’re about to roll out but you’ll see this shortly. This is all we have at this moment https://brechtp.wistia.com/medias/9ffkj98inl
That video was actually really helpful thanks! I noticed that on your screen it shows “Credit Unions” but when I use “Power Search” it doesnt. Is that supposed to happen?
We are re-working that search to provide better results. We have some major updates due in February (2021)
