Targeting Banks

I showed you a little glimpse of the targets on the Dashboard...

Here's where we'll keep your target lists. You'll have separate target lists for the banks and credit unions because they report on different data... but both target lists will be displayed here.

You might not have any targets yet, and that's okay!

While you do want to cast a wide net, you also want to be selective about which targets you choose.

Making sure a bank or credit union not only has the assets you are looking for, but also that it is healthy enough yet still motivated to sell them is worth your time up front... If they aren't worth calling, you saved yourself time and possibly a little marketing money. If they are worth contacting, you already know a bit about their balance sheet before you pick up the phone, which helps your confidence and credibility when speaking with someone.

There is a target icon next to every bank name, so you can add to your target list by clicking it at any time. To un-target any Bank or Credit Union, just click the green checkbox next to it, after you confirm, it will disappear from your target lists.

Don't forget, we let you search through and export this data into a spreadsheet or CSV file so you can put this info in your CRM or most other software tools you use.

We store any banks you’ve targeted at the top of the page in the Targets menu.

When you have targets saved, your page will look a lot like this:
