Once you make contact with a bank and get your hands on a list of assets, what do you do next?
Well, you have a few options: you can buy them as an investment and hold on to them to gain interest over time, you can buy then try to resell for more money (flip), you can handle the marketing of the asset and find a buyer to earn a commission (broker) or you can work directly for investors as a broker to help them find the assets they are after.
