We are also interested in buying non-performing notes secured by the same. Especially interested in major metros in Ohio and Atlanta area.
Our ideal investment would be a non-performing note secured by a strip mall center in a major metro which we could buy at a discount.
We’re only looking to invest in assets secured by property we would be happy to own.
The details that go into determining that are more property specific than general. Only general features are: $500,000 – $10,000,000 range, commercial secured, and especially strip center secured, and preferably but not necessarily in a major metro. We are comfortable investing anywhere in the country, but property in major metros tend to fit our investment criteria more often.
