I am looking for REO farmland anywhere in the lower 48 states. I prefer deals that are no smaller than 40 acres and will look at land that is used for any kind of agricultural production (row crops, small grain, vegetable, vineyard, pasture, irrigated, dryland, etc.). I have a price range of $50,000 to $20,000,000. We can do smaller deals faster than larger deals for obvious reasons.
We are also in the equipment business so if any of your bank contacts have any repo’ed construction equipment, farm equipment, or trucks they need to sell we will look at it and make an offer. Preferred brands are Caterpillar and John Deere but we will look at anything. Email for details on commission structure.
