I am looking to start in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I can also do El Paso as well. I either want to get the notes performing or own the assets. I want to have properties with good cash flow. Going this route, I prefer multi family residential but will consider others.
If I would not own the title because the property is bad, I do not want the paper on it. Hence, I want to be able to see the asset as part of the due diligence process.
