We’re very pleased to announce that the service disruption has been repaired. BankProspector is back online and all of the reporting data for the quarter is accurate and up-to-date.
Las night we brought BankProspector back online in a partially disabled capacity and this morning the remainder of the database was re-parsed or populated and everything is now correct.
I want to thank my customers for their patience and the technical team for their expertise. This was an extremely difficult week for us but not nearly as difficult as it was for those residing in more heavily affected areas.
