Your Subscriptions
From the ‘Main Page’ tab in the member panel you can access your subscriptions including the BankProspector app by clicking on any of the links on the left under ‘Your Subscriptions’. Under ‘Useful Links’ on the right side of the page you can logout, access the Edit Profile page, or update your credit card info.

Upgrades
You can upgrade your BankProspector subscription at any time and without losing any of your remaining credit. Select a product or subscription level from the dropdown and enter a coupon code if applicable. Complete the payment and other requested info to process your order. Once complete visit the ‘Your Payment History‘. If you have overlapping subscriptions, cancel the lesser subscription.

History and Cancel
The ‘Your Payment History’ tab is where you can cancel your membership and see your subscription history. The leftmost column ‘Product’ shows the products you’ve been billed for in reverse chronological order. Under the most current subscription you’ll see a ‘cancel’ link click this and your subscription will be canceled and you will receive no further charges. If you need a PDF invoice for your records or reimbursement there are links on the rightmost column where you can retrive a history of these invoices. You do not need to email us to confirm your cancelation.

News and Updates
From the ‘Newsletter Archive’ tab you can review notices and updates about maintenance or other important member notifications.

Edit Profile
Currently you are only able to update your name password and phone. If you need to update your email address please contact us.
