The US and State Pages have almost the exact same data with the exception of the map.

1. Distressed Real Estate Totals

US and State Pages have two tabs of data

  1. The most recent quarterly report
  2. Historical – or four quarters of reporting data.

There are 3 key areas to understand on the US and State Pages.
The distressed real estate totals appear on the right side of the page under the page title. These totals also serve as the legend for the current and historical charts pie and bar charts.

Totals on both the US and the State pages are calculated for the current quarter (only) and sorted by loan type.

These totals come from the following equation:

90 Day Late + Nonaccrual + OREO = Distress Totals
