Distressed Pro has been a great tool for my business. After signing up, I used Bank Prospector to find Banks in my area that had distressed assets. Once I found those banks, I looked for the ones that I had Linkedin connections with. It turned my cold calling into warm calling! Distressed Pro has allowed me to set up meetings with bankers and asset managers that I could not have done in the past.

If I can use it anybody can use it. Tech is not my strong suit. I called [obscured] Bank and they told me they'd have something in 3-4 weeks. I also called [obscured] Cooperative based on what I found in BankProspector and I made a great connection. I've been using it for 3 days.
