On January 6^th, we announced the launch of the Distressed Property Professional’s Podcast Series, and the reception has been overwhelmingly warm.  After publishing several podcasts within the series, it’s clear that the content is differentiated, relevant, and valuable to our members and site visitors.

As we strive to stay at the forefront of establishing a true value for distressed asset news content online, we have made the strategic decision that premium content such as our podcast series, in-depth reports created by leveraging our BankProspector software, and other highly sought after analysis that we have in the pipe will be made available to the public for a finite period of time before being placed into our member’s only area as premium content.  Members of Distressed Pro will have unlimited access to any and all premium content on the site, whereas non-members will be able to access certain content deemed premium for limited advertised time periods.

The decision to place select content into our member’s only area will create the drive to generate premium content on a consistent basis, and preserve the value of a membership to Distressed Pro.
